This is straight from the Olive Garden web site... Olive Garden Linguini with Anchovies and Mussels 2 lb(s) Mussels, in-shell (rinsed and cleaned) 1/2 cup(s) Pine nuts 2 oz Anchovy fillets packed in olive oil 1 cup(s) White wine 1/2 cup(s) Virgin olive oil 2 Tbsp Fresh garlic, minced 1/4 cup(s) Chopped parsley 1 lb(s) Linguini pasta Heat olive oil in large skillet; then add in garlic and anchovies. Gently stir and saute until garlic turns light golden brown and anchovies dissolve and turn to paste. Add in mussels and cup of white wine. Cover and simmer until mussels open, stirring frequently. Cook linguine and toss into the skillet with the sauce. Garnish with pine nuts and parsley.
