One is the Clinkerdagger Fried Cheese appetizer and the other is the Houlihan's Cheese Fritters appetizer. Hope someone can come to my rescue!

Never heard of Clinkerdagger and all I have from Houlihan's is a baked potato soup and a Houli Fruit Fizz.

Sorry I can't help with either of the above requests ... but, if his is the old Clinkerdagger Bickerstaff & Pett's Public House that was in Beaveron Oregon many years ago, I do have a recipe for their Burnt Creme. I'd be glad to post this if you would like it.
The cheese fritters sound interesting.

Excuse the two part post. I am on my old "crashed" computer, since all 3 kids are home and have taken over my laptop. (My new baby!)
I have located a few Houlihan recipes, but unfortunately not the fritters... darn!
I have the following recipes, if you're or anyone would be interested:

Houlihan's Baked Potato Soup from The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Houlihan's Homemade Mayonnaise from Houlihan's Restaurant Group Kansas City, Mo

Houlihan's Honey Lime Bleu Salad from Houlihan's/ksdk.com

Houlihan's Honey Mustard Sauce
Houlihan's Shrooms And Dipping Sauce
Houlihan's Stuffed Chicken Breast
Houlihans Smashed Potatoes

Their Baked Potato Soup is one of the best I have had.

Just picked this one up last week when searching for Magic Pan crepe recipes - is it even close?

Magic Pan Cheese Fritters

1/2 cup milk
1 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1 1/4 all purpose flour
1 T. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
dash cayenne
3 med. eggs
6 oz. of grated cheddar cheese
vegetable oil
grated parmesan cheese

In small saucepan heat the milk and bleu
cheese over medium heat until the
cheese melts. Mix together the flour,
baking powder, salt and cayenne in a
mixing bowl. Add the milk and bleu cheese
and mix throughly. Add eggs one
at a time and mix until blended. Add
cheddar cheese and blend for a couple
of minutes. Drop the mixture into fritter
shapes into hot oil until light
brown. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Dipping Sauce

1 cup salad dressing
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/4 cup sugar
dash of lemon juice

Mix all ingredients.
