Add red wine, apple liqueur, grenadine, cranberry juice, pineapple juice to a large decorative pitcher. Top off each drink with Sierra Mist. Use the small end of a melon baller to scoop balls out of a red apple. Pierce the apple balls with toothpicks. Drop all of the garnishes into the drink and serve with a straw.
